A Friendly Reminder About Fees Free

Sparring head gear $50
Required for students at Orange Belt and beyond, and 16 years old and under.

Mitts $20
Padding must be thick and soft to cushion contact to the sparring partner, and prevent hard impact.

Promotion fee - Under 16 $15
Due when student,16 years and under, is promoted after passing a Belt Test.

At the April 5, 2025 Annual General Meeting, the 2025-2026 Executive Committee was formed. Karl Strickler is re-elected as President, and Lee Frank is the new Vice President.
Also awarded was the Meghan Payne Award for the most improved student. Congratulations to this year’s winner, Parker A.
Our 2024 Christmas Fundraiser Raffle raised over $450 for the Strathcona Food Bank.
- Our 40th Anniversary celebration, held on November 16 at the Broadmoor Public Golf Course, was a truly magical evening. Thanks to all who attended and those who organized.
