In true Goju philosophy of least effort, maximum effect, this Trinity Goju Kai Karate martial arts site will remain plain, simple and welcoming, but informative and up-to-date.
Karate is our way of life. With the Lord to direct and guide us, together we will grow.
This is the last week of classes (Dec 17 & 21). There will be no classes next week, and the Tuesday after.

- Our Annual World Famous Christmas Potluck was on December 14.
Our Christmas Fundraiser Raffle raised more than $400 for the Strathcona Food Bank.
- Our 40th Anniversary celebration, held on November 16 at the Broadmoor Public Golf Course, was a truly magical evening. Thanks to all who attended – current and former members, and their families. Special thanks to the organizers.
